Services

Astro Local Digital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), web design and development, pay-per-click advertising, social media management, and local business marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Astro Local Digital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for services rendered, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in their service agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Astro Local Digital provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Local Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
